How do you watch someone run a marathon?!

Tell her you would be keen to catch up afterwards. Keep in mind she will probably be hanging out with her super-fit male friends after as well. If you do meet up, make sure you do something awesome while they are running a half marathon so that when they ask what you did that day you don't respond with, "played video games".

She asked me to come watch her run a half marathon on sunday, should I go??

Don't do that.

A friend of mine was invited to "watch" her do a triathlon.

It was boring as hell. And when she made it to the finish line there was a band playing somewhere to celebrate the triathlon and everbody except my friend went to see them. Imagine every other athlete was cheered and applauded at the finish line. When she finished only my friend cheered and applauded. She was down and pissed and tired and the evening was hell for my friend. He was basically the target for her frustration/ she linked the bad experience to him in her mind.

She later apologized by texting him for the awful day.

Turned out she was never interested in him. Invited him just as friends and probably thought she was doing him a favor.

Of course it could turn out completely different in your case. But I'd rather not risk it and meet her another time/ after the marathon.

It sounds great and you probably picture a great day and celebration afterwards. She has the runner's high, will feel great and the celebration will be the perfect situation to bond and perhaps make out.

Sounds good but will probably not turn out this way.

I learned that in my last LTR. I cheered on her team every sunday when they had a match.( bowling) I thought it would be a great way to bond/ show her that I care/ celebrate together...

It was always bad. For example if her team won but she lost her round, she would be mad. I wanted to hug her to console her but she was so pissed, she waved me off and turned away. Makes you feel like shit. When she did well and their team won they celebrated big time...but I was always an outsider, of course. She wanted to celebrate with her team. It wasnt fun for me.

Of course that was mainly because she was a psycho bitch.

I have no doubt that you could have a great time with your gf/target when she is doing competitive sports if she is an ok girl.

Just keep in mind that the marathon, the celebration afterwards and her state of mind afterwards could be completely different than you picture it now.

Watching a girl you barely know run a half-marathon is not consistent with RP. This places you in a cheerleader/supporter role and is not alpha.

It might be too late, but conveniently you've 'made plans already' for Sunday. These plans should be vague, non-specific, and involve friends. The other option is to say you'll go and either don't go or be late for a vague reason. May be effective depending on your frame.

You don't seem to be far enough into the rp mindset to be focused on women.

Focus on internalizing redpill and the rest takes care of itself. Don't focus on projecting redpill, focus on being redpill.

I kinda feel like you should go along. Then you should join in the race and beat her.

And yeah, having just moved there is a demonstration of lower value IMO, it means you're going to have less social connections in the area. It's not a card you should really be playing.
