Hi everyone. As the title says, I'm wondering how to differentiate between red flags and typical female behaviour that I can use TRP tactics to deal with. This is because even after 8 months of Red Pill reading and applying it in my life, I still want to have a family one day. I'm currently in a LTR of 2 years and trying to figure out if this is the girl for me, or whether I should drop her and start over.
Background info:
My girlfriend is from a very Red Pill country, has never lived in the west, and is a solid 8.5/10. I was a total beta, had never been in a real relationship (and therefore had very wrong beliefs about women and equality), and just lacked experience in general. We didn't understand each other's views on gender roles, that's for sure (until I took TRP). For the first half of our relationship, before TRP, I failed every shit test that was thrown at me. I let everything she said affect me and took it seriously, and rewarded bad behaviour. In return, I got [verbally] disrespected, and frequently ended up agreeing to a lot of things I didn't want. It really reflects poor confidence. No More Mr Nice Guy really hit home for me.
So how did I get this girl in the first place? Well despite my faults, I'm decent socially. When we first met I would turn down a lot of her requests, which she reacted well to. I also live an interesting life, jet-setting around the world, have a lot of friends, good career, business, and I've been lifting for years. And although in the past I'd very rarely make a move on a girl, with her I got myself together and did it.
But I slipped early on in the relationship. For example, she used to get very jealous seeing me tagged in FB photos with a lot of different girls (wasn't cheating on her, just had big social circle). She got extremely upset a couple times and ended up caving to her, comforting her, deleting all the photos and ended contact with a lot of those girls. I stopped going out as much in general. I took a cut in my freedoms. Early in the relationship she also stopped going out very much too, and became quite clingy.
When we met, I was 24 and she was 26. Note that in her country, we may assume that girls hit the wall a couple years earlier due to family pressure.
I do enjoy the time I spend with her. We once lived together for a number of months, been a lot of places together, so I'd say I know her personality pretty well. But sometimes she just drains my energy and I feel like having time on my own or with my male friends. After a long time together she can get pissed off for almost no reason and has given the silent treatment a couple of times in my BP days.
After swallowing TRP things have gotten much much better, though there's still a lot to improve upon. I'm just wondering how far TRP can take me, and how much is indicative of the quality of the girl.
I made a list of pros and cons with this girl, and I'd like to get an idea of how much TRP can improve the relationship vs how much is a lost cause.
Pros:
She has an excellent relationship with her family, her dad is her hero, and she talks to them all for a long time each day.
RP beliefs, doesn't understand the western ideas of equality, never lived in the west.
Her family is extremely wealthy and she also makes decent money on her own, she seems about as far from a gold digger as you can get.
Very attractive physically, feminine, exercises, eats well.
She cleans, does general housekeeping, etc.
She takes it upon herself to feed her needs for intellectual stimulation, is often studying or working on something.
The sex is really wild, fantastic, and very frequent.
Her priority is to have a family and she's good with kids.
She's complimentary and supportive.
She never yells.
She defers all decisions to me.
Cons:
She can be clingy, insecure, and very jealous.
Her mood can change on a whim sometimes. Or she can get mad at the tiniest, stupidest things.
She can mince words and use the silent treatment (I classify these things under manipulation).
She doesn't really understand the idea of a woman paying for things. I get her to pay a lot of times (she can easily afford it), but I always have to tell her, and it's always a hassle. On the flip side, she encourages us to do things cheaply and never asks for anything. Still don't like the dynamic though.
Her age. She will want kids before I do.
She can be impulsive with her shopping if I'm not around. She always thanks me for stopping her from buying things.
She seems to want to make herself reliant on me. She sometimes relies on me for social interaction. She also wants to work for me (which I won't allow).
She was the younger sister and a bit spoiled by her family. And she does act like a spoiled child sometimes if she doesn't get her way.
That's it guys. Is it worth salvaging, or will I find that I'm dealing with the same problems with most girls? Sometimes I see my friend's girlfriends and their moods seem more stable, but who knows how they are behind closed doors.
