I wouldn't call her boss. It's going to come across as a little too invasive in my opinion.

Definitely don't call her boss. Even if she isn't pissed off or creeped out, the impulse to go to extreme measures like that is based on a scarcity mindset. You have learned to do this kind of approach now so you will be able to have a lot of chances in the future with hotter girls and better situations. You might run into the girl again, but it is better to assume you'll never see her again. Go do this many more times and also learn new ways to create such interactions and new places to do it. Soon you will have abundance, not scarcity.

One way to deal with a situation where you can't sit near a girl on the train is to sit in view of her and try to get eye contact, play games with that, or whatever. Then transition that to an approach.

Why would a girl give you a complicated ass way to contact her instead of her number directly? Is that a weird Europe thing or was she just a uncomfortable and didn't quite know how to say no?
