Stop giving a fuck. How you do this, I don't know it's different for everyone. But if you can maintain against lesser males just think that everyone is a lesser male compared to you(which you should be doing anyway).

Make sure the alphas you roll with respect and will back you up. If they do, they want to help you get laid, so tell them how they can help. You got one or two glowing golden boys coming up after you introduced yourself to a woman, and they have their eyes down around you? Or hand you a drink with a reverent 'Here ya go, boss.' Or he comes up 'Hey, I think that model followed you here.', you whisper in his ear, looks at her, "Ya boss" and walks away. It's a game to your boy, and and you will have her attention.

If you're the runt of the litter, no one will care. If they truly are your boys, work the problem together. Like a pack leader. :)

I think he is using it is more of a gaming context but it works in many situations both personal and professional.

I'm going to assume this alpha squad is legitimately good with you and not trying to drag you down on nights out.

Try going out on your own or with a wingman from the group inside the same club. Talk to groups, see which girl is feeling you the most then bring her and her friends back to the group. That way, you look good because you brought the party together.

Are these guys more fit, working a better job, and/or living a more extravagant lifestyle? The long term solution is to deeply examine your insecurities and see where the difference is between you and them, if this difference is real, and whether you are willing to improve yourself to meet the gap if it exists.

You WANT to roll with lesser males to assert your dominance, if you want to be perceived as alpha. Rolling with other alphas will only rule you out of the group. The fact you're questioning this makes me think it's a bad idea to roll with the best.

Be the best. Then it won't matter if you're rolling with the worst or not.
