Alright, today I was on a second date with a girl that I'm working into spin mode. She's going on about work, blah, blah. Then she brings up the idea of leaning in. I immediately catch myself rolling my eyes (oh here we go), recover, look her in the eyes and smirk. (We all know where this could lead.) Instead of engaging or agreeing, I simply say, "I don't think we should continue this conversation." And it worked. The rest of the date went well and plan to see her again.
