She gave you a polite "no" because your suggestion was too boring. I get it, you want to spend time with this chick chatting one-on-one, but she just doesn't seem interested in sitting across from you and sipping whiskey-gingers all evening.

Lead with more interesting dates (at least initially), and frame them in a positive, fun way. Instead of "let's grab drinks" suggest checking out a jazz bar, or a brewery tour...anything that stands apart amid the mass of Tinder "drink-date" invites she gets.

It is most likely a no or a flake waiting to happen. But maybe she actually might have some tentative plans and cant commit right away. Follow up with her and just move on if you don't get an interested response
