Everyone's going to "sidebar sidebar sidebar" you, and for good reason, but I've found the best way to get someone going on a path of improvement is to get them hooked on some results.

Read up on confident posture and body language, and begin implementing it at once. Once you are projecting these mannerisms convincingly you will be able to measure an immediate difference in the you are treated by others and the way you feel overall.

Simultaneously begin a workout regimen. If you do not currently work out you can begin to notice results in as little as 2-4 weeks of hard work. It takes the rest of the world a little longer to see this but the confidence you gain from it, plus the confidence you feel and are projecting from dominant body language, will be like night and day from how you are currently.

Once you have implemented these changes, and of course read the sidebar material, exercise your own judgement as to whether the ideals espoused by TRP and your treatment with your new improvements, are congruent with your idea of the person you want to become/the way you expect to be treated.

This last part is important because it ensures you are absorbing this material because you've made an educated decision that it works, and not to be just a mindless subber like a lot of the folks who've come blindly stumbling through in the recent influx.
