Real talk- you're not going to dramatically alter your natural voice pitch by trying to "do" things. Your vocal chords determine the deepest bass of your speaking voice. That said, if you sound like a gay guy on television, that's not your natural tone (unless you're 5'1"). Someone taught you to talk like that.

Also broscience about nofap needs to fucking stop. If you actually think the miniscule t-level difference of not masturbating or having sex for 5 fucking days is the key to a noticeably deeper voice you're delusional.

Don't like how high your voice is? speak as low as you can without it sounding too forced. Practice with it until it feels natural. In other words, teach yourself to talk lower. If you can't figure out the internal mechanics of doing a lower voice, idk what to tell you. Its something that should come natural. Imagine you're impersonating someone with a deeper voice. Just do that until you find a comfortable level at which you can do that ALL THE TIME.

Breath with your stomache. There are a lot of guide and resources online. Be conscious of your voice and work on it daily for a few months. You'll get there.

Practice singing in a deep voice for a few weeks. It can help a little with the vocal chords.

Also, hold off on any orgasm, or masturbating for a few days and see if you notice a change. I noticed it for myself starting at about day 5-ish pretty consistently over a dozen experiments.

Try not to smile as much when you talk, I think it subconsciously adds an inflection to words.

You will get pretty far by not having an uptick at the end of your sentances. That's how women talk. Take your time as you speak. Cadence is as important as tone.

don't fap for 5 days. you'll notice around day 5 or 6, your voice has so muc h more energy to it and is much more firm
