Don't worry about other people, but I'd say there is a fairly drastic difference in terms of the kinds of reactions you get from girls here vs the US. It isn't really spoken about much. I'm astounded by lots of the friendly reactions US pickup guys seem to get. Girls actually wanting to take part in the conversation from the get-go etc. I think it's just considered more 'normal' over there to make conversation with strangers.

It's a hell of a lot harder here - especially during daygame when the girls are especially not expecting it. Plus we just don't really talk to strangers as a rule here in England. In the US it could be cosidered friendly, whereas in the UK, it can often make you look like an oddball! ''I don't even know you!!'' kind of thing, lol

Should be a UK seddit in fairness.

The interaction should not look like a pickup, it should look like you and the girl hanging out. You don't want to be remembered as the guy who picked her up, but rather the guy she had a fun time with hanging out with.

The point is to move the interaction forward, whether to a coffee shop, a park, or even a bench 5 feet away. It doesn't matter. The question "what are you doing right now" is a perfect bridge to this.
