Idk man. Right now I'm trying to improve inner game more than outer. Idek know what that means, but for me it means eating good, exercise everyday, no weed/drinking, reading, and studies online for the job field id like to enter. I'd like some tips too cuz fuck my social circle they are all just looking for escapes in life still when I just wanna face it head on lately

Go to the gym. Adding muscle will get you attention in both the gym and outside the gym by girls. As someone who was fat and slobby for years and now is in great shape, it boosts your confidence when you see a girl giving you more than a passing glance :)

It's college, there should be lots of cheap opportunities. Clubs, campus events, parties

Go do everything you can find the time for, and talk to people while you do it.

Try reading Models by Mark Manson. Free audiobook with Audible 30-day free trial (I'm not a shill, just a tip). Also, the Book of Pook is very good and it's on YouTube.

Literally just filter this sub for top of all time and you have everything you will ever need, I mostly use this sub nowadays to read field reports and small tips and tricks some guys might have tried for a specific situation.

All the fundamentals are in the top submissions.

If you're seeking material or advice. Be very skeptical at the outset to be certain. I'll repost what I've said earlier on most advice and why you have to read with an cautiously guarded bullshit-weary lens as your primary mode of learning filtering information intake. A lot of PUA will seem like good advice but then upon further reading, attempts to undermine your most basic understandings and confidence by overloading their reader with exaggeratedly horrific examples of failure and forcing them to identify with an overload of self-defeating self-destructive ways of thinking under the ruse of the bogus pretense that it needed any explanation at all. Most guys who come to these sites are pretty well aware of what it is they shouldn't be doing but get fed every other reason "they fail" unconsciously begin to self-attribute all those reasons also, weather they applied to them in the first place or if they did not ever once.

Typical routine: Generally it will be a couple of actually solid usable points of advice (hook) followed by a number of bad ones to set in some level of cognitive dissonance (something that works against your known understanding of how things ought to be.) Then they reel in with the e-book. They make frequent blog posts on incredibly self-evident crap, go to great lengths in over-explain concepts you were already aware of to undermine your most basic confidence in what you already knew to be true.

Basically the hook establishes your trust, then they proceed to exploit that trust they built by feeding you contrary evidence and overloading a captive reader by shoving every possible known variation "why you're not getting abc or xyz" "reason why most guys never". Invent false senses of urgency manufacture the dependency to follow said technique to the t.

If you don't believe me read the "3 Ways Introverts Can Crush It In Bars and Clubs" and watch how it shifts from real to bull.

Example: "Walk in to the room with confidence". Knowing that no introvert will be able to feign / maintain that level of showy confidence is a deliberate attempt to undermine the initial confidence shot they got. It's also in contradiction to / almost completely inline with the prior reasons given why it doesn't work.
