You aren't going to be off the hook for a long time. A fake rape accusation with no evidence that does not lead to a conviction still has the capability to ruin your life. Treat her very respectfully and give her no reason to even consider it

I think she just regrets her decision, and doesn't want anything to come of the night that occurred. Like OneTouchHowMuch said, don't ever bring it up again.

She can accuse you of rape until the stature of limitations expires, 5-7 years depending on state.

I'd throw a few FB messages around about how she was telling you to fuck her harder with your buddies just to set up some sort of crutch should shit go south, but don't expose her name or be around her / talk to her for a while (and about this particular thing, ever). Then again, a chick you've never touched can accuse you of rape whenever.

I promise almost 100%- she will hamster this into you being a rapist whether it is accused or not. You have not heard the last of this coworker and "acting weird" around her or "guilty" in any way whatsoever is not on the menu.

Some of the posters below are wrong. The girl knows if she got fucked last night. She may not even remember it but she sure knows she got fucked. You can't acknowledge it even if she does at this point. "Wow, it was all a thick haze" is your best answer but I have a bad feeling about this one.
