Just a vent. 4-months in divorce process, 1 month until mediation starts. 2 boys, 4 and 1. Wife has refused to discuss anything to date. Finally received her answers to interrogatories. My answer to "why is your spouse filing for divorce: She is unhappy and wished to leave." Her answer: blaming me entirely, says I am unfit as a parent, and I cannot parent with empathy, consistently and ably." I am beyond enraged - I am a great father, but really, does this answer even mean anything? I fully suspect she thinks she can just whisk the boys away as I am not a good parent, in her eyes, but who gets to decide that? To me, 50/50 is the hill to die on. I am just beyond enraged.
