You can hit on women anywhere at anytime as long as you have the social intelligence to know when a girl is indirectly telling you she is not interested. Women often do not communicate directly with men when it comes to dating, so they very rarely will come out and directly say no, so, as long as you can tell when a girl is indirectly communicating she is not interested, there is nothing wrong with approaching women during the day in public places.

I don't like bars or nigh club, so all I do is daygame. I approach women in gyms, coffee shops, grocery stores, wherever I want really. If a woman is in a public space, you can hit on her. Just avoid hitting on women at work. Women say they don't want men to approach them in public spaces during the day, but that's because there are guys who can't take a hint. But if you take care of yourself and aren't socially awkward it's always game on.

Go to cafés, bars, nightclubs, home parties, Social events, zumba class, yoga class, salsa night, singing groups, dancing studio, Instagram, dating apps, in the mall etc.

What options do you have in your town? Bar’s are usually the standard place where women go out to, especially night clubs.

If your town isn’t good, is there a near by city? Is there a near by university? High volume areas is what you want.

If not bars, then combine other social options. There isn’t a magical answer to this. It’s usually bars, big cities, being more social, etc…
