And I'm happy about that.

Almost everyday I forget that I'm actually on a dating app. I also have notifications disabled for the app. Its only in the times when I'm bored and trying to find something to do on my phone that I realize, "Oh, yeah...it's been almost 2 days since I responded to those girls on Bumble."

I'm happy about that because I look at subs like this and see tons of posts with guys being so distraught about how bad they're doing or how bad a particular girl treated them on an app, whereas those kinds of things don't affect me at all.

The reason it doesn't affect me is because I can very much afford to screw up on these apps, because I put in the work and actually got good at cold approach, so if someone loses interest in me on an app, I don't really lose anything because I still get girls regardless.

Now I'm under the impression that about 70% of people on this particular subreddit are very against dating apps. I'm actually NOT one of those people. I do see the value of dating apps, they're very convenient. That's why I'm on an app to begin with.

All I'm trying to say with this post is that getting depressed or even mildly emotional over how you're doing on a dating app is pathetic and that if you can't meet girls any other way then maybe you shouldn't be on an app yet and you should stop being a pussy and stop avoiding cold approach just because it makes you feel nervous, weird, awkward, etc.

Dating apps are great and I've slept with a decent number of women through them despite how much I neglect them but I think most guys will only be in the best position to use one of these apps when they know they always have other ways of getting girls.
