So when I'm talking to a girl, in the interaction, eye contact isn't an issue at all, and in fact I've noticed that most girls don't hold it at all unless they're interested. However, my issue is with girls on the street or just in general when it's not an interaction. How can I make and hold eye contact, inviting me to approach, without making it creepy?
