In addition to to the great line given by /u/thiswaytotheporn (lol @ the username), I would use the classic, "whoa, let's not get ahead of ourselves. I dont even know if I like you yet." *mischievous smile. You could also try something like, "me too. I see many people. " then cut the thread, go on to something else and run your usual game, reescalating. Basically, treat as a shit test.

Going to let ya'll in on a little secret. Almost every attractive high value girl is "kinda seeing someone". At least she's being open and honest about it upfront.

As for a response I'd go with: "What girl isn't?", and then proceed like she never even said that.

Well, it's a cop out or it's true. The message is the same "Not interested"

I leave it on a high note. I tell her that he is a lucky dude and have a nice day. I may sometimes say, "You are too hot to just be my friend, so I'll have to pass".

Usually even a stone cold B!tch will smile and be polite at that line. So, I never seen a negative response from it.

Also, it preps you for other interactions. Even in large cities, you will be surprised how girls run in tight circles.

I have dated girls many years later who we're best friends with a girl I tried to talk to in the past. If they know that early on and she says "Oh, he's a jerk. I turned him down and he had a fucked up attitude about it" you are done son.

In major cities I have seen and hear women get down right dogged for telling a guy "no thank you". Especially in the hood. Don't be that guy, but don't be a wuss about it.

Depends on what type of person you want to be, how much work you want to put into it, and a lot weighs on the person you're with.

Ask yourself a few things:

Do I want to pursue someone that might be interested in another person? This means you're okay with the fact she's not as into you as another guy. Personally, I wouldn't be involved in something like this because she might dump you as soon as the other guy gives her the time of day. I'm not anyone's second choice, and neither should you be.
In my opinion it's kinda sleezy to be okay with being the "second option" for a woman like this. She's seeing a guy (sorta) and you offer her a safety net in case things don't work out. That tells her that you're okay with that beta "wait for her" position and don't have anything going on better. Don't let her push you into a weak position. You have better options out there, she's not available so on to the more available, fun women!
My go to for this is always: Move on. Still stands with this. I can't emphasize it enough. Unless there are extremely special circumstances. Is she insanely hot? You can go find another hot girl and have an easier time. Is she someone you'd like to pursue a relationship with for "x" "y", or "z" reason? You already have been told by her that you're not her first choice, why should she be yours?

If you still want to pursue this type of thing, be very, very, very, did I say very?, very loose with her.

Her: I'm kinda sorta seeing someone at the moment so it doesn't feel right to go out with other guys but I'm always looking for new friends!

You: Cool. You have my info if you want to hangout again. Best of luck to you.

That's how it goes. Don't contact her. Don't bug her when you're drunk. Just let her go. If that other guy plays her and she comes to her senses and back to you, the quality one, great. Make her show that she's genuinely interested though. That means she picks things out. She drives to your place. She plans things. You go along and see if it's worth it. Remember, you were her second choice and now she regrets that, and that's kinda a shitty thing to feel.
