I'm extremely extroverted and am usually seeking people (though specifically women) to hang out with.

I've noticed a consistent pattern that even with people that were initially excited to meet, or even expressed an interest to hang out again, on asking to hang out at a later date, there's a 5% chance of that happening if we don't live literally right next to each other. The likelihood of someone coming to hang out if I ask again after the first time is even lower. The approach is usually "what are you doing tomorrow? Let's hang out/grab a drink etc".

I usually am adding these girls on facebook rather than a number so I feel like usually they're even more committed in the moment, and I usually send a message the next day or two as seddit suggests.

There are a few exceptions to this case, but otherwise this seems to be widely the norm. Do people experience this as well or am I doing something wrong?
