It's more of a "find yourself" kind of thing. What are your likes? What are your dislikes? What truly pisses you off? What are your aspirations in life? Do you understand your existence? These can be some deep questions but the TL;DR of it is:

Fuck worrying about girls so much, do what makes you happy, have adventures enjoy your damn life. The girls will come when you achieve this.

Sounds stupid but it's the truth. Approaching women and all that is just a supplement to getting a girl faster. Which is a whole nother' question. You want a GF? Are you just trying to get your dick wet for the night? What is your endgame? Why are you even doing all this? Deep shit.

It's a bunch of nonsense people parrot without knowing what it means. I get that all the time because I choose to be single. It's fuck all ridiculous.

But, you do have to come to terms with the fact that you will be alone at times. What makes the difference is friends you can call on and a support system.

I have female friends that I am not involved with and it works very well for me, because I am truly not interested in a relationship. We share common interest and they often help me with questions about people I am interested in dating.

One thing holds strong: when I discuss TRP theory they totally get it. But they still like the idea of a relationship. most of them are in one.

But if you are OK with yourself and OK with not drinking the beta Kool-Aid then... Bravo!

My interpretation of it, is to eradicate all shame of oneself.

One important thing I think is the problem with pickup, is that learning techniques to seduce women creates a certain mask. And this mask prevents women seeing who you really are. Which means you create a certain amount of shame about your true desires and true self. So the key is, stop hiding behind the pickup mask. Stop using any seduction techniques, routines, lines,whatever consciously.

And to just go out, meet women, and express yourself and express what you want honestly and straightforwardly.

Why do that? What if you need techniques or routines to get started or to give you confidence or results with women? What if you get rejected being honest? What if you need to hide your intentions behind vague excuses like "come over to mine for a movie."? Why?????

Because you love your god damn self. You love yourself more then getting your dick wet. You only want girls that want you for you as you honestly are. You don't want girls that want you because you teased, negged, push/pulled, bantered, bounced, qualified, isolated and gamed them. You want to be yourself, and you want girls that want to join you on that journey. You're not ashamed for wanting sex or relationships or fuckbuddy, you're not ashamed of who you are. That's when you love yourself.

How do you get there?

Start being honest. Not just to girls. But be honest with your family, friends too. You'll probably piss off or scare any pickup guys and wingmen you have, because they won't be able to accept how honest you are with girls. They are being manipulative, and to see you honestly talking to girls about sex or whatever your desire is, will shock their belief system, they may try to shame you into going back to your pickup techniques and tone your language down. You also will probably piss off or shock girls too with your honesty, they may criticise you and tell you that you can't talk to girls that way. And you will really turn on many women with your boldness, and attract other honest people into your life who love you for who you really are. And when people start to love you for who you are, you will start to feel truly accepted. You can't feel this acceptance and love while carrying the pickup mask or any other mask. Start expressing yourself and allowing rejection to happen, and allow full acceptance to happen too. People will either accept your true selfish self, or they will reject you. But you will start to love yourself just by expressing who you are to the world.

It's simply accepting yourself. From that point on improving. A lot of people are just emotionally closed off to the point where they experience 0. Now you don't need to be emotionally open to fuck girls, but if you are not it's just like living life empty. Start looking deep inside how you feel. This is also how you bring your best game. I call it the innate intuition, no amount of technique will trump your ability to feel what the person is feeling next to you. The girls that you will end up sleeping will thank you for being there, because most guys even if they end up marrying the woman are just not fucking there in the moment.

Love yourself means to be 100% acceptable with who you are and what you are like. This includes: looks, personality, achievments, etc. Do no compare yourself to others. You should be able to 100% have FUN without ANYONE else. You should be able to enjoy being by yourself and entertaining yourself. And no, masturbation does not count to entertaining/enjoying yourself.

Essentially you should be okay with yourself SO much that if a hot girl comes into your life, it wouldn't change your life that much at all.
