So what are your guys methods of tracking approaches and results. I feel like this is pretty key to tracking improvement. Heres what I go with...

For every longer approach (i.e. lasting a long time or resulting in more than a blowout) I log into an excel in a standard FR format. I include good, bad, change, and results (approach, number, kclose, fclose).

For shorter approaches and to track numbers... One, I log every "Opportunity" and assign it a place (coffeeshop, houseparty, street). This could be sitting next to a cutie in a coffeeshop but not striking up convo. Then I also log "Approaches", which is just did I talk to her. This turns into a graph of # of opportunities and # of approaches.

I love the second method because it pushes you towards two things. One, tracking where and how often you have opportunities. Two, how often do opportunities yield approaches (i.e., the "cowardice rate"). In an ideal world every "opportunity" also yields an "approach", or "cowardice rate" is 0%. We all know that doesnt happen. The first part though lets you track your activities that yield the most opportunities and lets you hone in on the aspects of your daily life that yield the most opportunities. For me coffeeshops, grocery stores, and houseparties.

I know that sounds complicated but its actually super simple. Don't have the will to upload a photo though. What are you alls methods??
