So I work in a company of about 300 and the average demographic is 26, female, athletic. There are definitely a few around that Id like to fuck (or more), but the coworker game is new for me.

I wouldnt say im wildly successful in the normal world of cold approaching or social circles, but I feel a lot more confident there and that is were all my successes are. With coworkers I seem to have a block against making things sexual or showing more assertive interest. Also in a 65% female, hyper-leftist company i don't really want to be "that guy". That said, there is abundance of opportunity...

Til now I just try to leverage female coworkers into meeting more women. I think my block may be mostly mental though... honestly im on a tiny, isolated team and we just keep our head down and produce fantastic work. If anything went wrong i cant see how it could affect my working life.

(Random amusing sidenote that's only semi-relevant: Theres a gay guy at work that always tries to hit on me. At first it was amusing and I just clearly talked about x-girlfriends and women im into. Now its just annoying and awkward - I dont want to put others into that situation.)

UPDATE: consensus is use as long-term investment to meet more women. Basically, what ive already been doing. Cool cool
