Jeff Seid is incredibly cocky and confident on top of already having an insane physique. He is naturally gifted genetically, has been training his whole life, makes his body his full time job, and despite his claims he is not "natty", not even close. If you put someone in Jeff's body though with no confidence, and the guy on the right was confident and able to approach then he would absolutely have a chance, and probably win out.

Obviously looks matter, but they aren't everything.

Are you trying to excuse away your success/lack of it by body image issues? There's some things you can change and some things you can't. Work on what you can and make the best of what you've got -- that dude on the right could definitely pull, he's ripped! Most attraction comes from confidence and personality once you hit a minimum physical baseline for girls
