Flirting happens when you say and do flirty things. The Google definition of flirt is "behave as though attracted to or trying to attract someone, but for amusement rather than with serious intentions."

With the girls you want to pursue, you have to be flirt with them in person and through texts. That means telling them they're cute, but like so much when it comes to women, it's more about the intricacies then outright saying you're cute.

Ex. Someone tells you you're tall, you can say "I'm 5'11" but I tell cute girl's I'm 6'1. So I'm 6'1"." When I say things like this, I say it with a seductive voice, grin on my face like I'm telling a joke, and eye contact when I finish saying it (you can start before, but it's crucial you make eye contact after you say it as well).

You also have to act like they're attracted to you even if they're not.

Ex. You tell a girl to come over and she says she can't. "Afraid you won't be able to control yourself around me (without parental supervision)"

Some girls think that just by being nice to them, you're flirting with them. Here's a BuzzFeed video about what goes through their head when this happens.

If you're really serious about learning flirting, I recommend you watch this Ted Talk about flirting. She does a wonderful job of explaining the dynamic of why and how we flirt.

For examples, I think the perfect example is Craig Ferguson. He had a late show and flirted with all his female guests but he never came off creepy because he was funny. They have a lot of his stuff on YouTube. Here's a compilation of him flirting with some of his guests. It's better to watch full interviews (that they also have on YouTube), but pay attention to the techniques he uses and try to copy them.

Honestly, my take on it is saying whatever you want with the intention of building attraction.

If a girl ever asks you your height, I'd be like "I tell cutie girls, I'm 6 feet. So, I'm 6 ft haha"

You're 16. You are way too young to be concerned with seduction. Focus on getting into a good college or trade school, create a good life for yourself then go crazy chasing all the women you want. What type of relationship do you expect to find at your age? Date for a few months and then breakup? Is it worth all that work, invest your time, only to go through a break up at the end of it?
