That uh, escalated quickly.
For one, I'll say right now that Colombian marching powder will just make anxiety and emotions worse, especially when you start to come down and were drinking as well.
So if you were already feeling terrible it's just going to get worse for no reason and you can't logic your way out, it's chemistry level depression.
Secondly, you aren't "showing" neediness, you are needy. Which is totally normal, and you'll run yourself into the ground trying to escape to some fantasy land of being emotionally rock solid and unable to be hurt.
It doesn't exist, there are ideals that help remove the kind of unreasonable attachment inexperienced and lonely people get that holds them back from genuine connections.
What you have is reasonable reactions you're trying to escape, which just makes things worse.
Part of adapting and learning is knowing limits and letting fleeting but strong emotions pass. Be stoic, don't try to brute force anything. Be like water.

It's ok mate. What helps me get out of the doldrums is to double down on fitness and hobbies. Channel those emotions into something positive.

You got attached to the idea of being with her. That made you forget your own life, your own desires, like nothing makes sense if she isn't in the picture. Do you know why I know all this? Because I fucking been there. You need to discover yourself again, so you can go back on moving forward. Because right now you stopped and refuses to continue. I am not going to lie, it wasn't an easy thing for me. But it was possible. I remember not being able to sleep at some nights out of pure deep sadness. But I overcame it, and so can you my friend

Seems like you need a psychologist. Sorry if it offends you, but drugs and emotional stability don't go very well together. At least not for me, I used to be like this when I was on drugs as well. IMHO drugs are a symptom that something is wrong with your life. This girl isn't the reason you're like that, you're like that because you don't enjoy yourself, because you don't think you would be happy without someone, and that shouldn't be that way. I think you should go to redpill and start getting your like back.
