She means it is you, not her and she wanted to move on. Don't spend another minute thinking about it. There is nothing you can do but to move on too.

Honestly it doesn't matter what she meant. It's time to move on. Don't let yourself become the victim. Whether or not it was actually her problem or if you were the reason, take what you learned from your relationship with her and move forward. Don't think about getting back together with her, if she can break up with you once she can do it again. Don't wait around for closure, you'll most likely never get it.

Tldr; don't matter, move on

It might be she felt that way.

But it comes from wanting to spend time on other things/people that make her more happy.

Doesn't matter if you figure out the real reason. It's not a thing you can fix.

She either doesn't understand the reason herself or has given up wanting to work on it. It's likely something that doesn't quite fit right that leads to the relationship not feeding both of you the way it should.

If you're honest with yourself, you'll probably realize that it hasn't been working for awhile.

She could mean that she just isn’t looking for something serious, and or you’re not her ideal type. I was in a FWB for 2 years and always got a “didn’t want anything serious” and “wanted to focus on his career” excuse from him. However two months after we called it quits, he starts dating this other girl.

You can’t do anything from changing yourself and have to let it go. Don’t chase people who don’t chase after you!
