Girls do this to see how you react or to get you to feel bad (so they feel significant). Next time this happens, act happy as if nothing happened when you see her. Show her nothing she does can affect you. And if she suggests you guys hang out, just say something like, "lol we're hanging out now, silly" then change the subject to something mundane.

I wouldn't want to deal with such a person, so my advice is to just show her how insignificant she really is.
