You guys that work 2nd and 3rd shift, how do you go on dates? It seems 99% of women work in the day and the other 5% are servers that generally don't have time for dates and are always tired.

Have you thought about doing OLD? I'm gonna get chewed out on this I know, but Tinder on the Toilet SOMETIMES ain't all that bad. Plenty of girls I know work weird schedules.

Why is getting off work at 11pm a liability for game? You can literally go from job to bar or club and hang out. Plenty of women work those shift hours, Nurses especially. They all shop at the local 24 hour grocery store at odd times of night or hang out at after hours joints. You could go see bands playing too.

"industry" people as well. Waitresses, bar tenders and hostesses work till 2am and there are plenty of bars in places like Chicago that are open till 4am and are known as "industry" hangouts.

I set up dates on friday Saturday or Sunday during the day. If I’m really into her I just go to sleep immediately when I get home wake up at 2pm and go on a date then.

I work 7p-7a and just plan around my day off, if I am feeling up to it I go out in the morning and talk people up at the coffee shop, plenty of people work strange shifts.

Im in the same boat :/ I work 11pm-7:30am I know the pain..I sleep evening hours because it works best for me. Dating is hard on the off hours.

pick up girls at the mall

Really, not that different from anyone else. It's not like between 5 and 9 girls are dying to hang out with someone. They are usually with their bfs or best firends then. So it's blocked out for us 9-5ers anyways, just as much as you.

Look, college girls go out on the weekend, like everyone else. There's going to be SOME intersection there. Even if it's only once or twice a week, it's going to be possible.

And doing give us this bullshit about college girls going to bed early or whatever. College students are up at all fucking hours of the day or night, 7 days a week. There are a few quiet hours around 3-7 am, but even then......

Choosing to frame this as if NO girls are EVER available, is such a poor mindset, that you might end up unintentionally putting out a vibe that repels girls.

I don't work 2nd or 3rd shift, but I work 1st shift and then do day trading stuff when I get home, with hitting the gym in between. My M-F is literally booked and I don't like make room unless it's a Friday evening.

I tend to focus on going out during the weekend. I just have too much shit going on during the week and would rather not.
