This is the best summary, but everyone here agrees. Once you sent "you can tell me if you don't want to hangout" you lost it, if not before.
And how do you know she copied and pasted the short text then the long one? Were you just watching your phone for her to text back? That's not good either, man.
A word of advice from someone else who thinks and observes and analyzes. Shut that shit down- I know that's hard but really it only is a distraction.

Ghost her. It sounds like you have been very clingy and you've seen her a lot, as you say you took her out a couple of times after formal but that that was only 3 days before the last text? Just go home, enjoy seeing your friends and family, talk to and date other girls etc and then if she hits you up, you're good to go, if she doesn't, there are plenty more girls out there

DO NOT TEXT HER. Delete her number. Block her if you have to. Delete her off of your snap chat. First of all, you are conveying neediness. Second of all, you are telling us you never made an effort to escalate or isolate. Consequently, you are her platonic friend who she hangs out with AS ENTERTAINMENT. Do not be that guy. It's gonna be ruff bud and I'm not trying to be a jerk but you need to end this. No farewell text no explanation and no response. Your gonna get burned and look really silly if you continue this. Learn from this. You were too open and too needy. I would even disagree with stevenmarkryan. Do not entertain a response unless it's a double or triple text in a short span of time.
