Very shitty by move her. This wasn't an emergency situation where she just couldn't meet you. She preferred having a drink with other people instead of meeting you. She decided it's not even necessary to let you know and cancel things. And then she didn't even apologize or explain herself the next day? Honestly, that is very rude and indicates a lack of both interest and manners from her. Tell her you want your wallet and then do yourself a favor and move on.

Sure, what she did was pretty inconsiderate, but burning your bridges at this point seems like an overreaction. It's a sign of emotional maturity when you don't don't feel the need to 'get back' at people for your feelings. You can be mad about not getting your wallet back, that's pretty important, I'd be fucked without mine. You can even acknowledge that stringing you along was a dick move and she'll probably agree. You don't need to tell her to take a long walk off a short pier to get satisfaction, that'll just mean you're the asshole.

If it really affected you this much, then just try to end it with a little class. Strive for loftier goals than just getting what you want.
