I would just like ever guy here that does not have a deep voice to completely ignore that part of this video and all advice you hear or read about deepening your voice.

The pitch of your voice is determined by the size of your voice box. A larger voice box means a deeper pitch. Well, big fucking deal.

The advice about speaking slower, sure. You can try this and it helps, but what will absolutely help is realizing that we are social creatures.

What he says about your words meaning less than everything else your body, eyes, and nonverbal cues is true, and so is your tone of voice. The tone of your voice includes pitch(deep/high), quality, and strength. If you don't have a deep pitch and you try to force it, you'll sound fuckin stupid. If you try to sound more confident and speak with force, you'll increase the strength of your voice and it will carry. If you speak clearly and slowly, then you will have better quality and you will sound more clear.

Now going back to us being social creatures, you need to realize that we like people that are like us. We like people who like us, as well. We also like pleasant things and a musical quality to your voice is attractive, it's pleasant to hear (that goes back to tone of voice).

Now I'm not going to argue against this video, because I'll be honest, I got fuckin bored 2 minutes in. I just get sick of hearing the word "deep" as being the way to be attractive to women. I'm attractive to women and my voice isn't deep, it isn't high pitched either. I'm a linguist though, I've studied language and I've studied people. I've studied voices, waveforms, phonetics, etc. So when I hear other people's voices, there's certain things that stand out to me immediately. I naturally do things because of that. I want to be likeable, so my brain picks up these people's differences and I automatically match their tone of voice, their social dialects, and their moods. If their moods aren't to my liking, then I'll seek to change it.

These things I do are natural and it's a form of vocal copying and being a social chameleon. Remember, people like others that are similar, it's a natural human nature.

If you don't have a deep pitch, then don't bother changing something that you can't.

I don't have a huge dick and I don't care, women still love my dick. I focus on the things that I can change and that's what makes me attractive, it ain't my voice and it ain't my dick.

Some of you won't like my use of the word ain't and that's because it's a marker of my dialectical difference. If a woman never used that word while speaking to me, I probably wouldn't say it in conversing with her (unless she had other markers that ain't would help me relate myself to her).

Get it? Well, if not, and you're scientifically inclined, then here's a scientific article on the topic I'm trying to get across.

Wow, this is one of the few demos about voice that I've seen that is performed by someone who has a good voice. You would be surprised how rare that is.

There is a particularly hilarious podcast about voice by a prominent PUA company. The instructor is British and has a thick Cockney accent, but he declares his credentials as a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company. I didn't believe it for a moment.

Voice don't matter, I sound like a women on the phone, never had a issue with getting women.

That’s something genetic. Many men have weak low voices, fortunately I and others were born with a deep manly voice. You can’t “teach” that, you either have it or you don’t. But with that said you can’t change your voice but you can talk with more confidence which can help.
