Looking for the right guy will always be tough. If you’re willing to play the field, tinder is an option. The odds are stacked for women. If you’re not getting good responses, then you’ve got to hit the gym. That’s really all there is to it. Guys like girls with personality, but there is a certain baseline of hotness that even the ideal partner has to hit. And for casual dating/hookups, guys are willing to take a chance on anything that has a nice figure. It kind of sucks, but it is also kind of guaranteed. Just get hot! 90% of girls can get desirable enough to attract 90% of men, if they can put the work in on their looks.

Learn game and work on your looks. Most girls rely on their looks and sexuality to attract guys. But, most guys also suck @ game and would never do cold approach outside of a bar/club area where they can drink.

For you, your looks may matter more than a guy's. Idk, since I've never had any experience learning from a female POV (though I do know one person). In most cases, I think it can only be a help, so don't use bad looks as an excuse. The only area where you could be disadvantaged is that guys are more judgemental of looks (since we approach) so if you are below average, that may hurt you.

Good news is that it's not that hard to be hot. Go to the gym, get a tight body, doll yourself up, and you're prob a 7 or higher. Most likely an 8-9. I've had situations where I've been turned off by a girl's face, but many times I'll pass someone on the street and only see their body from the behind. The last thing I'll say is that game should be fun to learn, but a lot of people dabble in seduction for years without real change. If you want to learn, you'll need to dedicate yourself and empower yourself to handle the social pressure. Good luck.

P.S. Don't despair too much about being a late bloomer. Take it seriously as a warning sign, but realize that there actually are intimidatingly beautiful women out there who were virgins until their early twenties. Todd had an interview with a female PUA about it (may have been taken down in the Papa fight).
