How can you be physical when you've done light contact before and not be creepy?

In terms of kino and hugging them when you talk to them etc? I've only done it mostly when the woman initiates the hug/contact. Just ask her to stop after...

Assuming i'm understanding you right, I agree that it can seem super hard to do it in a smooth way.

Like, 'incidental touch' etc is all fine. Like starting with a high 5 or whatever, and then Touching her on the arm to make a point etc. Fine. (however, I actually got kino rejected for brushing a girls arm to emphasise a point for the 1st time in my life last night, but that's another story!)

But the problem is that there is always gonna be a massive 'jump' as soon as you touch her somewhere that isn't just 'friendly' touch (like touching her in a way that you'd never touch a dude). There's no getting away from it. Even if you religiously go through the 'escalation' ladder, there's still a big leap from touching her arms to brushing her abdomen. Or even her legs. You've changed everything.

And without her giving you massive IOI's it can be super hard to do.

Sometimes I read that the trick is to do these touches under the pretence of something else - (like touching her neck to brush a pretend bit of fluff away or something) but in a way, I feel this undermines the whole point of 'kino'? If the idea is to show intent, is it silly to do it under the guise of a different reason? Or just a sensible way to 'test the waters'?

Others advise that at some point you just have to 'assume attraction' and be brave and just go for it. No excuses. You just grab her and pull her toward you, or touch her upper thigh or whatever it is you want to do!

Sometimes I have interactions where it all happens so smoothly, but in hindsight, it's usually just because the girl is making it easy for me.

Other times, when I feel she's just being polite and putting up with me asking her questions, getting past that 'friendly' kino can seem impossible lol
