One thing i very recently learned is that to seduce in this game properly you must have courage. After you build some rapport with her, got the kino going. Even potentially kissed her it's more than time to take things back to your place. A simple "let's get out of here" or a "Lets grab a coffee at my place" is good enough. Most recently I said to a girl during our date "Do you want to watch a climbing documentary with me?" since we were talking about hiking and stuff. She said yes, she came over, we eventually got busy. The guy needs to lead. Simple as that.

Give her an excuse and baby step it. Women don't want to feel like sluts so most of the time "Wanna come back to my place" won't cut it because she knows she just agreed to sex.

Plant seeds of the idea like "What's your fav Disney movie" then mention you love Toy Story and want to watch it again.

Later, tell her you're hungry and should get some food. When outside, something like "I don't know any good food here but I have pizza and Toy Story at my place" then hail a cab.

That way she can tell herself "I just went to eat pizza and watch Toy Story, I'm not a slut, it's not my fault we had sex".
