Search this subreddit and the main sub for "text game" and sort by "top". You'll probably find everything you need there, including some links to more extensive guides.

I'm also in a country where the culture is more introverted, however I rarely bother with text game. Going out and meeting girls means you can devote less time to them and still have a great time if it doesn't work out. Also, if you get the date you'll know how to act around her which makes success more likely.
