If a girl you really liked contacted you, you would be eager to contact them back. She’s clearly not eager to contact you, therefore not interested. Go find someone who has more initial attraction to you. Next girl.

Her interest level is low to non-existent. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t text her again. I’m guessing that’s not what you want to hear. Cool, then look at this as a test.

If she doesn’t contact you within a week, text her, “If you’re free tomorrow, let’s get a drink at X around X.” Anything other than a yes or a solid counter offer from her is a no. Then you stop contacting her.

Most likely this is a lost cause. She’ll give an excuse, not reply, or she’ll go out with you because she has nothing else better to do.

Talk to other girls.

She's giving you back what your giving to her. What reason did you give her for wanting to text you back. If you have her number, give her reasons to want to text you. Example:

Send a joke or riddle - ask her if its funny
Tell her when your going out to do something exciting
Ask her a question or advice about some girl you met, for example: why did this girl just start touching me??? In public!

You should have no expectations for her to do anything.
