It sounds to me like you have difficulty reading peoples' social cues. Any social situation requires you to read peoples reactions to your words and behaviors, and feed that back into your next set of behaviors. In the case with your friend, it is clear that you didn't feed any of that information into your behavior, which is likely due to having difficulty reading that information.
I don't mean this in a pejorative way at all, but do you have aspergers or any other conditions which affect your social abilities? I am not an expert in the subject, but quite possibly you have at least minor forms of such a syndrome and could benefit by looking into ways to improve your ability to read people.
The IDGAF mentality is about dealing with your own emotions, not disregarding other peoples. If you are making people uncomfortable, even making them feel danger, you are doing someone massively wrong and need to address the underlying aspects that led you to behave this way.

Assuming you’re being serious, having the IDGAF attitude in context of approaching a girl and showing up at your homie’s pad uninvited are completely different. It’s good to have that IDGAF mentality but you need to be smart about it. There’s a fine line between not giving a fuck and just being an asshole. I’m sure you’ll figure it out; best of luck OP!

I followed the IDGAF mentality of showing up uninvited anytime, and even entering his house despite his protests.
entering a house despite protest is a fucking crime and in my state criminal trespass can have penalties up to 6 months in jail. Not giving a fuck is a useful attitude, but calm your fucking tits.

doesn't exactly work like that, but the guy was wrong by tresspasing i know
Maybe idealistically it doesn't but if you understand how operant conditioning happens naturally in real life you would know it works exactly like that
