If you're really really good looking its never a problem for her. The only issue is if you hold up the line and her manager is watching, that could get her into trouble.

I'm not criticising you for this, but the problem with the 'hired hands' is they get hit on a lot by beta guys. These guys do this because they know the girl will give them a soft rejection and their ego (beta guys) won't be challenged.

In this case, the best thing is to go direct and ask her out while making your intention clear. She's probably used to loads of guys trying to be 'nice and friendly', your job is to differentiate yourself from them and just go straight in. One handy tip if you meet a worker temporarily away from her workplace is to make a point of NOT asking where she works. Working girls always worry about some guy turning up at work (shops etc) and embarrassing them. It's good if you make them feel comfortable that you aren't one of them.

It's all about how you do it. To be honest I personally wouldn't just straight up ask her for the number. It shows too much interest in my opinion. I smell a blow out or a blurry number. I'm not going to go into specifics but I'd get into conversation with her and then actually invite her to do something you already have plans to go do regardless of if she comes or not.

Get you and her friends together for a good time or just have her come hangout with you and your friends. I'd ask her opinion on something then make a joke about it and get her to laugh. Then say, your kinda cool. You know what, me and some of my friends are doing so and so this weekend. Add me on snap chat (phone numbers are only for your girlfriends) and we'll get our friends together for a good time. Just take out your phone and add her.

That's how you basically demand her number without telegraphing too much interest. Dont leave right after getting her snap. Make a cold read on her. You seem like your from wherever the fuck. Talk about it for just a bit then say you don't want to keep her and you should get going talk to you later Ruby. Use her name, don't just say bye. After that make sure you only write her to make plans (NO SMALL TALK) and reference something you talked about that might get a laugh oug of her.

I think asking a girl out from service-sector jobs is high-risk, low-reward. I've asked out lots of girls who work at cafes and restaurants that I frequented when I was living abroad (this was mostly in Ukraine and Turkey). I think it's quite natural, they're people you see on a regular basis (or at least more than once), so you have some comfort/familiarity and a bit of "social-proof". It's the same reason you ask people out from your school: you're not strangers.

But I ended up getting friendzoned half the time and only managed to hook up with one girl out of twenty approached. Most of the time, they're smiling at you just out of friendliness, or because it's their job, not because they're interested. Afterwards it can sometimes be awkward going to that place again.

That said, I say, go for it. It is high-risk, low-reward, but it's also really, really low-effort. All you have to do is express interest, and ask for a date.

Pick-up success is based a lot on number of approaches, and you should take the low-hanging fruit when it's there.
