"...I don't really want to hook up," is something you should ignore. Standard resistance because she isn't a slut, not easy, yadda yadda. Now if you two do hook up it's because she 'couldn't control herself' or you were 'just irresistible'.

When I first read this I assumed she just doesn't want to bring the New Year in on a whorish note, which is respectable to some degree. She could be genuinely letting you know that she just doesn't want to do those types of things. It probably has nothing to do with you. She is probably well aware that she will be getting drunk and things will more than likely be going down so she's trying her best to lay the ground work ahead of time.

Here's my guess what she will do from the minimum information you gave us.

You show up to the party with no girl in tow and you're all over her. She will blow you off.

You show up to the party with one or two girls that are into you she will see if she still how the power to get you to ignore them and pay attention to her. Then she will blow you off.

You show up to the party with a girl or two, and you chat up her friends and you give her bare minimum attention. She will put you back into the possible hook up zone and expect you not to blow it this time with just fingering.

You show up with multiple girls, you hit on and hook up with her friends, you're talking with men and women and your the life of the party and give her zero attention. She will be DTF anytime you call in the future.
