Should I have a structured game before I start approaching?

Unless you have zero approach anxiety, don't wait for a structure. Just go out and approach with the tools you already have.

Focus on getting rid of AA first. That can take a week, it can take a month, or it can take 2 seconds if you never really had AA. Whatever it is, make sure you can actually approach and not change your mind mid way.

Once that's taken care of only learn how to build comfort. Yes Comfort. Building comfort is the easiest way to get a solid number.

You might get girls laughing and hitting you in the arm, maybe even looking at you like they want to make out when you use attraction but when you get their number and leave, you both go your separate ways and the attraction she felt will begin to die down and it'll continue to die down until you text her and she's no longer in an attracted state, she's bored waiting for her laundry to finish and she looks at her phone and struggles to remember you but if by some miracle she manages to recall who you are, she thinks back and remembers you teasing her a bit and making jokes then asks herself, "What else do I know about this guy? Not much. Yikes. No thank you." and never responds to your texts.

Now an argument can be made for when you build insane amounts of attraction, yeah she's more likely to get back to you purely because she's hot for you then. But right now, you're a beginner so don't bank on that.

If you insist on learning attraction first because a lot of pickup books say "attraction is the first stage and you need attraction before you can do anything else...blah blah blah" then mark my words, you will take the first steps into teaching yourself the fallacy that this is a numbers game because the results you get will be hit and miss and you'll be unaware that had you learned comfort first and just built comfort with girls, you would have gotten more consistent results and numbers where girls actually respond to you.

Now most guys suck at teaching comfort. What the hell is vibing? Can you get any more ambiguous?

Screw that shit.

I'll tell you the very first section of comfort you need to learn and when you get this section down you can start approaching and have a really good chance at getting solid numbers right off the bat: Building Commonalities.

How do you do that? Just identify the things she's into. Questions like "What do you do for fun?" come to mind, others like "What is your favorite....(fill in the blank)" work well too. Then listen for something you like and when you spot something, launch into a conversation about that topic. You'll find its the easiest conversation ever because both of you can talk about it all day. Done.

I told you its easy.

The difference between a commonality and a girl getting horny is, arousal dies down, no guy can hold a boner for long and no girl can stay wet for long either unless they're fucking but a commonality will be a commonality for a very long time until preferences gradually change. This is why comfort is so great for getting solid numbers because its not dependent on her mood and you will be a lot easier to remember because you're actually connected to an existing thing in her life that she spends a lot of time on.

But right now, put that in your back pocket. Find out first if you have approach anxiety and if you do, learn to manage it (hint: you don't get that thru affirmations or thinking your way out of your nerves, you get it by actually approaching people). When you're done with that then you can work on your ability to build commonalities with girls.

Get used to regular approaches, getting numbers, and dates first.

A lot of PUA is counterintuitive, so you need a baseline set of experiences.

Plus you won't waste time trying to learn everything
