In order to answer that, we need to know more about you:

- your looks, bio and age

- your fashion

- your behaviour around women

- your general life philosophy and lifestyle.

Since you asked a general question, the best I can give you is universal general answers that apply to just everybody:

- act, dress, speak and react as someone more mature than you are (unless you over 60, in which case tone it down).

- never display negativity, in dress, actions or words, unless it is absolutely necessary life/death situation

- the way to become a better man is to always follow the path of greatest resistance when practising/working out/improving, so that you can use the path of least resistance in life. Embrace the discomfort of maximum effort it shows you that you are improving (pain and exhaustion from working out is a good example)

- avoid ersatzes. Never waste time doing stuff that pretends to be other stuff (say playing a football video game instead of actual football, watching a cooking show instead of going to the kitchen yourself). When you catch yourself doing that ask: Can I be doing this IRL? If yes, and it is legal, immediately go for it with maximum effort. Never allow yourself to live vicariously, especially through media on your screen.

And now some universal practical advice:

- whenever you go to meet a woman, make sure your whole body is so clean and groomed as if she was going to kiss each square inch of it.

- always keep your house/room clean. Same applies to your phone, PC, documents, work etc. Cleanliness/order is not only sexy, but helps you get in a productive mindset

- avoid sugar and junk food at all costs

- avoid masturbation or watching porn (permissible only right before going out on a date)

- practice speaking deeper, more articulate and with more charisma. Your goal it to try to speak IN ALL CAPS rather than loud, and with emphasis. Or. Even, Dramatic* Pause*s.

A short task for you. Try reading out loud the way it seems to you it should be read:

A lot of men use almost only the first version. Some hyper ones use the second one. Shitty "Alpha Males" use the third. Aspiring PUAs use the forth, and REAL Alphas use fifth.
