No, you do not need to start picking up plates. Plates will come naturally through your adoption of TRP ideology and interactions with women. Do not possess the mindset that you "need" to pick up plates, plates will come - simply adopt TRP ideology and interact with as many women as possible on a daily basis. You cannot force attraction and a mindset of "needing" plates will make gaining plates difficult.

To address your question, you can meet women anywhere. Seek out as many social opportunities as possible and you are sure to meet women. Outside of nightclubs, and even those are not always guaranteed, there is no place that there is a guaranteed high concentration of women. If you want easy women, search for parties as party girls are easily made into plates. Be forewarned, however, as party girls sleep around a lot so you will have to be alright not caring how many other guys your plate has slept and is sleeping with. If you want quality plates, meet them through everyday social interactions or clubs (ie hiking or whatever it is that you are into) - party girls are shit tier plates and only reserved for when you need a pick me up.

Anywhere there are women. Don't go out expecting to pick up women. Go do what you do, and keep your eyes open. The idea of "picking up" women is too rigid and there's too much chance of failure. Too many failures wear on a guy.

So just go out. Have a good time. If you manage to pick up a woman, great, if not, you had fun.

What do you like to do? Laser tag? Then pick up women at the laser tag thingy.

Fishing? Sports shops, boat shows, whatever.

You get the point. Don't put yourself under the pressure of going out with the goal 9f picking someone up. Just go out and let it lead to what it will.
