There is no optimal answer. Here are some of my suggestions:

Yes she is good looking, lets ask her for a threesome.
Yes, (take a look at her), even better looking than you actually (with a smirk on your face)

Etcetera. Just agree and amplify.

It depends on you, your frame, the girl, the girl she's referring to, the setting. In general i'd say throw a agree/disagree and amplify.

I'd probably go with something like 'Definitely! Glad you noticed her as well! Lets go ask if she's into a threesome!"

But if your chick goes batshit crazy over this remark, make something else. If this doesn't throw her off, go with something more ridiculous. There isn't one big optimal answer. If there was, this wouldn't be a hard skill to learn.

Well a rule for shit tests is to agree and amplify if you can't simply ignore it. So I would probably agree that she's hot and talk about how hot she is that it makes it retarded and irrational. Almost make her feel dumb for even asking you that question. You have to present it correctly though, but that should give you an idea on how to answer it.

Seriously though man if you read "all the answers" you should've picked up on that one, pretty simple I think. They all follow a similar structure.
