All socially valuable women (fit women) have numerous male orbiters. always. Unless you want to date fat nuns. The only way you "deal with male orbiters" is by improving yourself consistently in:

bedroom skills
fitness (especially weight training)
confidence
emotionally-centered (playful rather than negative or clingy)
honesty. otherwise known as "charm"
Focused on career goals and hobbies.

When you approach these kinds of levels across the board, a socially valuable woman will slowly fade her male orbiters from her life, and then ask you for exclusivity. she knows a bull elk when she sees one, and the spike bucks go bye bye.

Well since you guys aren't "officially" bf and gf. Maybe the other guy sees it as fair game to still pursue her? Or she sees the other guy as backup since you guys aren't "official?" Ultimately, you need to realize she's not going to drop all of her guy friends, so are you going to be comfortable with her hanging out with her guy friends. If not, probably best to move on.

Even better, she can have an expensive meal by some beta orbiter and then come home and fuck you. If you're confident in yourself and your value then you shouldn't worry about others especially if she says that they're just friends.
