Maybe a bit more specific. Say Hello to her, she will look in your direction, catch her attention with your eye contact. This is the approach. Now focus on being friendly and social - "so where you heading ?", tell her where you are coming from and where you are going, ask another question related to this, so it will probably be where she works or studies. Maybe ask her what's it like. Now ask what her name is. If she asks what your name is think how you can move it towards sex, you have to make this switch in mindset - from social to sexual if you wanna put it that way; you want your brain thinking of where the opportunity is, paying attention, waiting for opportunity to move it forward.
