I always offer 2 different day options.

"I'm free Monday and Tuesday night, which works best for you?"

This has happened to me many times. 9/10 you end up never going out with them. You know the phrase "If she likes you, she'll make time"? It applies here. I'd still give her a second shot, but if it ends up she can't go out with you even when you give her a flexible time move on.

If she shoots you down without giving an alternative, that means she isn't interested and doesn't want to meet up. Forget about her and let her come to you.

If you want to get with her, you need text her back something completely unrelated. If you can, make it a picture of you out having fun. Don't make it of you hooking up with another girl as that looks needy. Just you out at a bar or club or whatever with friends or something like that.

Then say some throw away comment like 'Does my friend seem like he needs to call an Uber? haha' or 'Do you believe this?' Showing her a pic of something you saw.

This is a great way to regain her attention and make her chase. It does a number of things.

1) you aren't waiting around for her. 2) You are fun and your time is in demand. 3) She would have more fun with you. 4) You have plenty of social options.

It would be even better if you gave her a instagram and just updated it with fun pictures. This is actually a good idea as it is something you can give to every girl you talk to and get use to updating it with fun things.
