It doesn't matter what you say to a woman, but how you say it. This is a high risk but high reward type of opener. If you don't do it correctly, you'll be rejected hard. If you're not coming from a congruent frame, she will know it and she will reject you, because she knows that you are not the man you are pretending to be when you say something like that. However, if you pull it off right, it can really boost her attraction for you. I don't know you, and confidence isn't something that can be taught over the internet, but my opinion is that if you're asking if something is ok to say to a woman on the internet, chances are you don't have a lot of practice with sets and openers, and you're not going to come across as completely comfortable and confident and congruent when you say it, and she will instantly know it. Most men don't realize that women can sense when a man isn't coming from a congruent frame. She has had her entire life to figure out when a man is just bluffing by trying to get sex with her just by saying some canned line.

If you haven't had lots of practice with opening conversations with women, my advice would be to start small, and just say "hi" and learn how to keep the conversation going without being creepy or needy or touchy or weird. This will get you much further in the end than some canned pickup line ever will.

There are lots of resources out there about effective and confident communication that you could check out too. Just remember, you can say almost anything (within reason obviously) when you're first opening an interaction with a woman; you can say things much more sexual and outrageous than your example, but you need to be congruent with saying it or else she will know.

It's actually not terrible to do if you say it with a smirk where she knows your half joking. Now you'll get all sorts of shit tests in some cases so if you go in strong expect some resistance, the key is to maintain your composure and not back down. Alternately some girls could be shy and find it too forward.

My advice is you can use it on hotter girls but I probably wouldnt on girls that aren't as good looking as it might make you come off too cocky to them. If you do use it on hotter girls, just know as I said, you'll get all sorts of shit tests and you better maintain frame, don't back down.

My play if I'm saying something like that is expecting the girl to deny it and say, what makes you say that, my response could be something like, well I clearly saw you checking me out and being that this is the 21st century I was thinking maybe its time for the girls to start buying guys drinks.... Boom great conversation starter and continue to banter with her, joke with her, get her bantering back.

If you use that opener she will think you are some kind of virgin who never have been looked at. You will most likely make her uncomfortable and get rejected even if she wants to pounce on you.

I think it's not forward enough. Honestly that's a weak line and if you think that takes confidence you probably have low confidence to begin with. Go ahead and say that I'm not saying it won't work, but it takes no balls in my opinion and I don't think it makes the convo "spicy."
