You couldve kept the fake thing going, like if she wasnt keen to meet you could say youre being catfished etc.

I suggest, as shes moved there, instead of trying to get her alone, have her meet you and some girl mates. Have a guy mate there whos got your back. Let her socilallise and see you in your environment. Keep it casual. Youll know if shes on it or not.

Honestly, you're doing pretty good so far. Keep messaging her for about a week, make her laugh, get her more comfortable to meet you in person then go from there. Just don't let the conversation become one sided. Tease her, ask her a bit more about herself. She should be interested enough to continue talking with you.
