Three things:

1: depends on the cause, if you’re obese or skinny you potentially have some underlying issues you need to look at, eating disorders mild or big should be addressed

2: workout, regardless, this in itself will make your appreciate your bodies capabilities and you will become proud of the changes your making. It will in 95% grow your self confidence some of which will transfer to your nakedness

3: get naked and have fun with it. Close all your curtains and blinds, strip off, but be deliberately crazy. Do some funny weird dance moves, make your private parts wiggle in funny ways, you will likely have to force this but you should hopefully soon start laughing about it. If you find yourself focusing on imperfections, don’t, and start instead appreciating the comedy of “things” moving around and the “freedom” you’ll really feel making crazy moves naked. Do this regularly, until you can get to the point being naked and not doing unnatural things seems ok.

4: as an easy to implement bonus, anything you do before or after getting clothes as part of your morning routine, do it naked. Ie don’t stay in a towel, dry off, then do anything to your hair face or otherwise completely naked.

Can you think of anyone who you might be kinda ok with being naked around? Like maybe some chick who's kinda ugly, or awkward, or fat, or too skinny or something?

I experience a little bit of this myself, but there are certain people who I don't get the anxiety with at all, and those people have their own insecurities which balance mine. In turn, I feel comfortable around them, because I know they are also insecure about themselves. And my insecurites simultaneously make them feel more comfortable as well!

I'd say try to find people who make you feel comfortable, and maybe try to get naked around them.

From the fact that you said you spend like no time naked, do you have body positivity issues? I guess the average human isn’t naked very often each day, but that thought of insecurity still rings a bell here.

I personally have a minor defect with my genitals that KILLED my confidence. I was always petrified of getting to the sexual phase of a relationship with any girl. Over the years, I have had more and more experience with different girls, and every single one said they didn’t notice the defect, they didn’t care at all, and some were even interested by it. I have finally almost overcome this issue, but the point is that it was all mental like your situation. Think real long and hard about the source of this problem, and you can start fixing it.
