Not everyone will want to check you on any social media, you could go out by yourself like going to a bar just hanging out and try your best to socialize, focus on building new social circles first before you want to get a woman.

Look into starting daygame. You don't need any of the above, and the transformation you will go through will be life changing. I only watch content from Tom Torero, to avoid overwhelming myself with information that stops me from getting out and daygaming

Social media is not necessarily needed, but having a good social circle is beneficial. You can still get women without a FB or IG & if you need help polishing your skills, I can help with that
