You look like an average guy to me. I recommend starting to work out and changing your style to more sophisticated style depending on the type of women you want. Your profile says festival goer so the change in style may not to be necessary.

What type of girls are you swiping on? Are these girls with common interests? Have you tried taking new pictures while at festivals and doing other things you like? Have you tried adding more to your bio? Have you asked for friend opinions on your profile? Have you tried different sites?

Tinder is gruesome and unforgiving. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use it as their main way to get women. Try approach more women at the club, bars and get while doing activities.

Lastly plastic surgery is very drastic and unnecessary. Work on your hygiene and presenting yourself as a man of high quality. Giving yourself a time limit isn’t good either. Great things take time, Changing your mindset and appearance will take lost of time and hard work.

You are an accomplished web developper right? You have hobbies like festivals and made some trips to go there right? Those are achievements, stuff to be proud of and that define yourself. Keep thinking this way of who you are.

Why not try approaching peoples instead of Tinder? It will help grow some self esteem and get some social skills. You can start small: say "Hello, how are you" to the cashier and store peoples! This will naturally lead to small talk and even more as you do it more and more. Dont aim to open up just to girls, open up to men as well, you'll soon realize they are no better than you at that game and it will help with your confidence

If I were you, I would definitely fuck a hooker. You could tell her its your first time, she is a woman at the end of the day and will probably take good care of you. Women are sensitive to men opening up about their weaknesses. But be careful that its their job and she might abuse the situation to charge you more. So try to judge her beforehand and see if you tell her or not from there. Then get them balls emptied buddy, you're a man for sure ;)

I'd consider changing your wardrobe for considering plastic surgery.

Your current photos are bad. Make sure the photos clearly show your face. Your face looks good in the growhouse but your clothes look bad, and well the growhouse gives a weird vibe. The City Winery photo is probably the best, but again your clothes look schlubby. Photo three you look like you jumped out of a dumpster. Last photo is far too blurry. Also have at least one photo without a hat. If I only see hats I think bald and self-conscious about it.

Shave, haircut, new clothes.
Take better pictures. Take pics outside in semi-interesting places (downtown, in a park, at beach, etc), cloudy/overcast creates the best lighting. If you have a good camera or know someone who does use that camera. Otherwise use high-quality phone camera (newest iphones, LG V30, and Pixel have good cameras).
Work on that bio. Show that you're witty, humorous, and interesting.

You'll do much better on Tinder after that. I went from getting zero matches to matching with semi attractive girls and now I'm starting to match with better looking girls.

You can go for surgery, or you can go for a change in style. If you're not getting the attention you think you should be having, then that means that you're not playing to your strengths.

Get a clean trim, don't look like a hobo, go for a "more on top, short back and sides" haircut and pay attention to personal hygiene -- that means invest in some good cologne, start working out or doing sports, and excel at what you're currently just good at. You're turning 30, and that means you shouldn't try to appeal to the 20yo demographic. Buy some nice clothes, and get some square glasses to hide your lacking eyebrows and give more structure to your face. If you're prepared to play the long game, get braces and fix your teeth.

If you can't seem to love yourself, don't expect girls to do so. Best of luck pal!

Haircut : $10 or up (depending on where you go to)

Beard trim = Nothing if you already have an electric razor or a manual razor (I had a beard like that once, so it was shave the excess, shave off the stubble with a Bic razor).

If you have neither, the prices vary on brand. But don't break the bank on both. So for the sake of this discussion, I dropped $35 on my current electric razor plus $10 for my manual razor (I use Harry's...but you don't have to use that brand if you don't want to). So that's about $45.

Working out: Depends if you do it at home or go to the gym. It's entirely up to you. So the price varies.

OR

Plastic Surgery: Will set you back thousands of dollars. Risk going farther into debt and possibly your health if shit were to hit the fan during a procedure.

The answer is a no brainer. I'd rather drop $100+ than $10,000+ to improve my looks.

Honestly decent start, I think youre a bit harsh on yourself man. There is a lot of work to do bro but it’s all entirely possible and will make massive differences. In terms of immediate looks and tinder profile, I agree with what others have said. Work on your beard/hair appearance to whatever suits you, Gym would be good but dressing well and fitting the clothes correctly would offset the need for this. I like your bio but with anything you have to brand yourself to what you want. Pictures are good but I would recommend some improvements. I like how you look like a fun person in your pictures but for changes I would suggest better camera quality pictures where you also look good as the subject of the picture. One profile shot that is completely focused on looks is also great.

Remember, this is the basic immediate appearance stuff that you probably wanna tick down. The majority comes from your actions and lifestyle etc which is the depth of what might need changing. It’s important to have the physical appearance stuff to a good level, but that’s not necessarily the bulk of it.
