First year med school student here. I go out every Friday night. If I don't get a girl to go home with me, I always get her number. Haven't had a numberless Friday night yet. Weeknight hangout/fuck time is limited, but I usually can plan a free night once or twice a week. Just telling women I'm in med school gets those panties damp, I'm sure other academics can relate.

One more year of med for me. I haven’t had that experience. Maybe it doesn't carry much currency here.

Having game and working out has done more for me than the prestige of being a young doc soon has. I can see the doctor status helping next year, but I am concerned about the types it will attract. A nurse dropped this on the ward a few days ago: "Doctors don't marry nurses, nurses marry doctors. And it's for money."

Doctors don't marry nurses, nurses marry doctors. And it's for money.

Also med student here. That's why I plan on having sex with many women, but just not getting married; maybe a few relationships. But as soon as you put a ring on that finger there goes all that money you worked so hard to get straight to her.

My logic is no guy marries a woman thinking they'll get divorced--they all think they'll be together forever. Utterly convinced. Then half of all marriages end in divorce. Even if you're sure she's the one, half of the time you're wrong. And it'll cost you big time.

That dude is probably good looking and has game. When those two boxes are checked then saying you're a doctor is an added plus that will make them even hornier

4th year med student- chat it up with every pretty girl you encounter. Of course there were periods of time where I just could not go out for months, in those times I didn't meet new girls. That was before tinder. Now I do lots of swiping but it is actually pretty distracting. Girls I've dated ( plated, before I knew that term) in the past were from bars on the weekends, a nurse from the children's hospital I volunteered at, a hair salon receptionist, a speech pathology student from the same school and a physical therapy student from the same school as I go to.

Most of the people in my class just end up hooking up with each other because we are in such a bubble, but I decided I wasn't going to go there. I also must say I personally haven't noticed the girls' panties dampening effect upon learning that I'm a med student...at least not at the bar, I feel like they'd be more interested if I were a firefighter or something.

But yea, there are pretty girls everywhere. Just flirt with them and be forward the rare times you do go outside of the library. Also tinder/okcupid/hinge/jswipe

For me the bigger problem is finding the time to fucking hang out with them. 80% of my dinners over the past 4 years were rushed with my face in a textbook. Unless you're dating someone with the same schedule, it's tough to sacrifice the study time to just take a night off to kick it with a girl...even if it's just a few hours ONCE a week, let alone for multiple plates.

Lots of tinder. I also go out once a week to game and aim for up to once/week social circle development.

1L, I came in with an LTR. But even in law school I give myself 1 full day off every week for rest. I treat studying like lifting. Its repetition and 1 rest day. Along with understanding of course. However i do know a lot of people in professional schools do hookups. Though it depends on the person. Btw like the med student said. Tinder is very helpful.

Tinder, PoF, OKC. Tinder has been the best for me thus far but PoF has heavy traffic so I just need to give it a shot. Say you are doing ___ in prep for ___ and follow the standard guidelines for pics on TRP. Don't forget to chat up those you see in the halls, campus, starbucks, home depot, dmv....
